Lake Boys Powerlifting Team competes across town
The Lake Belton High School boys powerlifting team has made a thrilling display of strength, determination, and teamwork. The team’s hard work and dedication paid off in a big way as they battled the competition, bringing home several medals.

A Season of Grit and Growth
This season was nothing short of extraordinary for the boys powerlifting team. From grueling workouts to countless hours perfecting their technique, these young athletes showed unwavering commitment to their craft. Under the guidance of Coaches Graves, Rudolph, Cole and Waits, witnessed the team breaking personal records and pushing each other to new heights.

The Temple Invitational meet was a showcase of raw strength and mental toughness.
Leonel Castillo overcame a tough start to secure a first-place finish in the 132 Weight Class , inspiring his teammates with his resilience.
Freddie Westbrook delivered a clutch performance in the deadlift, securing first-place finish in the 242 Weight Class.

The camaraderie and support among the team were evident throughout the competition. From cheering each other on during lifts to celebrating every personal best, the bond between these athletes was a key factor in their success.
