The Lake Belton Bronco Baseball team opened up the 2025 campaign with a hardfought 2-1 win over the Midway Panthers. Four Bronco pitchers led by Brandon Holley held down the Midway offense, allowing only a single run on 5 hits. A 2 run second inning was enough, as the Broncos held on in the late innings with some clutch defense, including a Bryce Davis web gem on a tough ground ball to end the game. The Broncos are now 1-0 on the young season.
