Natalie has played varsity basketball for four years—and for three of those, I’ve had the honor of coaching her.
And let me tell you—coaching Natalie is a gift. She’s one of those rare players who just gets it—on the court, in
the classroom, and in the locker room.
Let’s start with the numbers—because they speak for themselves
? 522 points
? 287 rebounds
? 148 assists
? 147 steals
? 6 blocks
And yes, while those stats show her versatility and consistency, they only tell part of the story. Natalie’s game
goes beyond numbers—because her true impact is in the plays that don’t show up on the stat sheet. The help
defense. The leadership in the huddle. The extra pass. The steady presence when the pressure’s on.
And she’s been recognized for it:
? First Team All-District
? Academic All-District
? TGCA All-Academic Team
? And most fitting of all: District 16-5A Defensive Player of the Year
Natalie takes pride in shutting people down—and she does it with grit, discipline, and heart.
Off the court? Natalie holds a GPA of 101.1 and is ranked 35th out of 598 students in her senior class. She’s proof that you can be elite in both athletics and academics. She sets the example every day—for our younger players, for her teammates, and for our program.
But what truly makes Natalie special—what we’ll remember long after the games are over—is who she is to this team. She’s our leader. Our steady hand. Our team mom.
She’s the one who checks in when someone’s having a bad day, who reminds everyone what we’re playing for, who carries herself with maturity and compassion beyond her years.
Natalie, you’ve given so much to this program. Your legacy is built on more than your stats—it's built on your leadership, your selflessness, and the way you’ve made every person in this gym better just by being here. We are unbelievably proud of you, and we’re even more grateful for you.
Next year, Natalie will be taking her incredible talents, her work ethic, and her leadership to Colorado
College where she will continue her basketball career.
Thank you for everything.
We love you, we’ll miss you—and you’ll always be a part of this family.
