The Lake Belton Freshman Volleyball team delivered an impressive performance on their home court, defeating Rudder in dominant fashion.
Leading the charge from the service line was Kylie Morgenroth, who racked up an outstanding six aces on the night. Her aggressive serving kept Rudder on their heels and helped set the tone early in the match. Morgenroth, along with Natalie Tucker, continued to do what they do best—feeding the hungry hitters with pinpoint sets and quick decision-making that kept the offense firing on all cylinders.
On the attack, outside hitters Kaleileana Cress and Jordynn Morris had stellar performances, delivering kill after kill to keep the pressure on Rudder’s defense. In the middle, Kayleigh Jackson made her presence known with multiple powerful kills.
Defensively, Taylan Cole and Aubrey Henderson held down the back row with steady passing and scrappy play, ensuring the Broncos stayed in control throughout the match.
They Lady Broncos have a quick turn around, as they suit up again tomorrow morning for day two of the Belton ISD Sub-Varsity Volleyball Tournament.
