The varsity cross country teams competed in the "Race at the Lake" in Grand Prairie yesterday. The girls placed 3rd overall out of 21 teams. The Lady Broncos were led by freshman Keira Dzenowski (9th), Jenna Benedick (23rd), Mady Rivas (28th), Sarah Gray (29th), and Lucy Loa (35th). The varsity boys placed 11th overall out of 31 teams. Junior Wyatt Potts (36th) led the Bronco team followed by Jack McCullagh (59th), Cooper Schels (73rd), Drew Houston (79th), and Tyler Adkins Beltran (84th). Lake Belton will host the Bronco Invitational on Thursday at Crossroads Park. Way to go, Broncos!
