Varsity Volleyball defeated Ellison Friday night in the Broncos' Go Gold match, bringing awareness to pediatric cancer. The Broncos came out strong with a 25-12 win, before falling into a slump in set 2, falling 23-25. The Broncos took a definitive set 3 and 4 with scores of 25-8 and 25-7.
Kaitlyn Hutchins had a stellar night, with 26 kills on 41 attempts, finishing out with an unreal 0.537 hitting percentage. She also added 10 digs.
Madi Bingham served up 6 aces, set up 26 assists and picked up 8 digs. Natalia Partida added another 25 assists.
Morgan Kukulski followed Kaitlyn with 9 kills. Keileigh Krueger picked up 8 digs and Ava Wood added 2 blocks.
