The Lady Broncos came out firing on all cylinders Tuesday night, delivering a dominant performance in a straight-set victory over the Waco Lions. The Broncos controlled the match from start to finish, winning 25-9 and 25-7 in a powerful showing.
A major highlight of the night was the Broncos' serving game. As a team, they racked up an impressive 18 aces in just two sets, with Aspen Cory and Taylan Cole leading the charge. Both players served up 5 aces each.
Kylie Morgenroth distributing the ball and keeping Waco’s defense guessing. In addition to her sharp setting, Morgenroth added to the ace total with several of her own, capping off a well-rounded performance.
Offensively, Jordynn Morris led the Broncos in kills from the outside, consistently finding open space and finishing with authority. On the right side, Azeley Johnson added firepower to the attack with a strong showing of her own, helping to stretch the Lions' defense and keep the momentum firmly on the Broncos’ side.
