The Lady Broncos continued their winning streak in district play with another commanding performance on the road, defeating their opponent in straight sets, 25-16 and 25-11. The victory improves their district record to an impressive 4-0, as the team continues to gain momentum deep into the season.
Setter Natalie Tucker led the offensive charge with a stellar night, consistently setting up her teammates and reaching double digits in assists.
From the service line, Aspen Cory and Jordynn Morris were nearly unstoppable, each recording four aces to keep the opposing team on their heels. Cory also made her presence felt at the net, delivering several powerful kills from the outside, while Azeley Johnson added to the offensive onslaught with strong finishes from the right side.
Defensively, Taylan Cole anchored the back row, leading the team in digs and keeping rallies alive with her relentless effort and hustle.
The Lady Broncos are showing they’re a force to be reckoned with in district play. They’ll look to keep the streak alive in their next matchup at home against Waco University.
