*ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL/MEDICAL HISTORY FORM ON FILE WITH RANK ONE FORMS SIGNED, AND BE ACADEMICALLY ELIGIBLE IN ORDER TO TRYOUT.

- water
- cold gear (no pajama pants)
