Lady Broncos Improve to 7–0 With Dominant Win at Rogers

The Lake Belton Lady Broncos remained undefeated after a powerful 81-19 victory on the road at Rogers High School on November 18. Behind a balanced scoring attack, relentless defense, and strong energy from everyone in the rotation, the Lady Broncos controlled the game from start to finish.

Lake Belton came out hot, putting up 16 points in the first quarter, then exploding for 22 in the second, 20 in the third, and closing with 15 in the fourth. Their offensive efficiency was impressive, shooting 49% from the field and 47% from three (9–19). The team also knocked down 12 free throws and gave themselves second chances with 19 offensive rebounds.

Standout Performances

Several Lady Broncos posted big individual games:

Olivia Dann (#22) led with 16 points, including strong finishing around the rim and an impressive 8 rebounds. She also added 3 blocks.

Aniya Taylor (#3) poured in 15 points and grabbed 6 rebounds, while also recording 5 steals—a defensive spark that helped create 35 team points off turnovers.

Ariella Polley (#4) added 7 points and 2 steals.

Brylee Craddick (#14) chipped in 7 points and 4 steals, staying active on both ends.

Erica Taylor (#11) contributed 8 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals, leading the team’s ball movement with a 4:1 assist-to-turnover ratio.

Alexa King (#10) scored 6 points and handed out 3 assists.

Layla King (#2) added 5 points.

Gemma Pierce (#1) provided 5 points, 5 rebounds, and solid defense with 1 steal and 1 block, helping the team maintain momentum in her minutes.

Dannika Kelley (#5) gave Lake Belton toughness inside, scoring 4 points and pulling down 5 rebounds.


Lake Belton’s defense once again set the tone. The Lady Broncos grabbed 16 steals, forced Rogers into 26 turnovers, and held them to just 16.7% shooting overall. Their pressure created 18 transition points, and they owned the paint with 34 inside points.

The Lady Broncos improved to 7–0 on the season and continue to play with confidence, chemistry, and depth.

Next Up

Lake Belton returns home on Friday, November 21, for a matchup against Harker Heights. With momentum building and the team firing on all cylinders, the Lady Broncos look to keep their undefeated record alive.
