The Lake Belton Lady Broncos continued their undefeated season on Tuesday night, overpowering the Lady TemCats 67–39 to improve to 12–0. Lake Belton controlled the game from start to finish with disciplined defense, balanced scoring, and outstanding teamwork.
Leading the way for the Broncos was Aniya Taylor, who sparked the offense with 14 points, attacking the rim and creating momentum throughout the night. Layla King delivered a strong all-around performance, adding 11 points and providing key buckets during Lake Belton’s second-half surge.
Erica Taylor played a major role once again, scoring 12 points—and making history in the process. With her performance, Taylor officially surpassed 500 career points, a remarkable achievement for one of Lake Belton’s most consistent and dynamic players.
Also contributing to the Broncos’ scoring punch were Olivia Dann with 12 points and Alexa King with 8 points, both helping extend the lead through strong finishes and timely shot-making.
Defensively, Lake Belton set the tone early, forcing turnovers and limiting the TemCats’ clean looks. The Broncos’ pressure opened opportunities in transition, allowing the offense to flow and the lead to steadily grow.
With the win, Lake Belton remains unbeaten and continues to extend their winning streak.
