Powerlifting Weekly Schedule (12/15–12/21)
Monday–Thursday: After-school workouts from 4:35–5:15 for athletes not testing during an athletic period.
Athletes who are testing during an athletic period will not have after-school workouts.
If we do not already have your maxes, you will max this week. This includes athletes who did not lift last year and those who are not in an athletic period.
Everyone must weigh in on Monday.
Parent Meeting: Thursday, 12/18, at 5:30 PM in the team room.
