The Lake Belton Lady Broncos continued their dominant season on Friday, January 30, with a convincing 63–29 victory over Ellison Eagles.

Lake Belton set the tone early, jumping out to a 24–2 lead after the first quarter behind strong defensive pressure and balanced scoring. The Lady Broncos maintained control throughout the game, outscoring Waco High in every quarter and heading into halftime with a 35–12 advantage. Lake Belton continued to pull away in the second half, winning the third quarter 13–10 and closing the game strong with a 15–7 fourth quarter to secure the 34-point win.

Offensively, the Lady Broncos were led by Aniya Taylor and Alexa King, who each scored 14 points. Erica Taylor added 9 points, while Layla King and Olivia Dann contributed 6 points apiece. Ayaana Omisola chipped in 5 points.

Lake Belton’s defense was a key factor all night, holding Waco High to just 29 points and forcing tough shots throughout the game. The Lady Broncos also shared the ball well, creating scoring opportunities across the lineup and continuing to show depth and balance on both ends of the floor.

With the win, Lake Belton improves to 30–1 overall and remains perfect in district play at 7–0.

The Lady Broncos will be back in action on Tuesday, February 2, when they host Waco High at home. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Fans are encouraged to come out and support the Lady Broncos as they continue their strong district run.
