The Lake Belton Junior Varsity softball team wins their home scrimmage with a commanding 10-3 victory over College Station.

The game didn't start in the Broncos' favor, as College Station jumped out to an early 2-0 lead by the second inning. However, the deficit served as a wake-up call rather than a setback. Lake Belton’s bats came alive in the bottom of the second, exploding for 5 runs to snatch the lead and shift the momentum entirely.

College Station managed to scrap for one more run in the top of the 3rd, but the Broncos were far from finished. Displaying impressive plate discipline and aggressive base running. Lake Belton mirrored their previous success by hanging another 5 runs on the scoreboard in the bottom of the frame.

The Broncos aren't done with their preseason preparations just yet. With the regular season on the horizon, Lake Belton has one final scrimmage this Friday at home.
