The Lake Belton powerlifting family is bursting with pride as we celebrate Gavin Owens' record-shattering performance. At the Andrew Billings Invitational he secured a record in the 220 Weight Class with the following lifts:
Bench Press: 380 lbs
Deadlift: 450 lbs
This incredible feat didn't happen by accident. It is the direct result of his unwavering commitment in the weight room, flawless technique, and the support of his coaches and teammates.
