The Lake Belton Junior Varsity Broncos faced a challenging road test on Monday, falling 14-3 to the Fredericksburg "Billies" JV in a non-district matchup.

The Broncos' primary objective this early in the season has been the cultivation of their young and inexperienced pitching staff. Throughout the contest, Lake Belton rotated several arms to the mound.

Despite some hard-hit balls and disciplined at-bats, the Broncos are still waiting for the offense to find its rhythm.
