The Lady Bronco Golf Silver Team had one more opportunity to play Cottonwood Creek Golf Course on Tuesday, March 24 in the District 16-5A Preview Tournament. The team finished securely in 2nd place, behind Belton High.
Lyliana Gonzalez shot the lowest round for the Lady Broncos with a 93. It included one birdie and two pars. Gonzalez led the tournament for the first 14 holes but was overtaken. She then battled back to tie it up going into the last hole. She and her playing partner both had par so it went to a playoff hole.
