Lake Belton traveled to Ellison to finish off the two game district series on Wednesday, April 1st. For the second straight game the Broncos kept the Eagles out of the hit column, as Maverik Maddux fired a perfect game, 15 up, and 15 down while striking out 11. On a tough night to hit the Broncos were efficient offensively, consistently driving in runners in scoring position. With the win the Broncos improved to 3-1 in District 16-5A, and 14-6-3 on the season.
