Varsity volleyball closed out a tight victory over East View at home last night! After a strong start behind the service line, the Broncos closed out set one 25-7. The Patriots fought back in set 2 and led 23-19, but the Broncos stayed on top thanks to a 6 serve streak by Kruz Smith, closing out set two 25-23. After a setback in set 3, the Patriots came out on top, taking the Broncos 20-25. Finally in a tight set four, the Broncos took the victory 26-24.

Kalei Cress and Madi Jackman led a strong offense, with 12 and 11 kills respectively, Madi with an astounding 0.346 hitting percentage. Ava Wood and Audrey Mughelli were a force in the middle with 6 and 5 kills respectively, on a 0.400 and a 0.273 hitting percentage. Kalei, Kamryn Daniels, and Haylee Kasner served up 4 aces apiece. Kamryn Daniels had an impressive 20 assists to run our offensive. But it wouldn't have been possible without Kristen Morales' 7 digs, Kalei's 4, and Haylee's 4.
