TEMPLE, Texas — Midway entered Friday night’s matchup against Lake Belton with poise and confidence, ultimately securing a straight-sets victory.

Despite an aggressive effort from Lake Belton early in the opening set, Midway established control and maintained momentum to claim the first set 25–16.

The Broncos rebounded in the second set, mounting a strong push to challenge the Panthers. However, Midway held off the rally to secure the set 25–21.

The third set intensity peaked as Lake Belton fought to extend the match. Despite the Broncos' sustained effort, Midway’s offensive precision and defensive consistency sealed the sweep with a 25–19 victory in the final set.
