The Lady Broncos JV volleyball team set the tone for an incredible night on the court, sparking a complete program sweep over Bryan High School with a straight-set masterclass. Powered by suffocating defense and an inspiring offensive attack both at the net and on the floor, the Broncos secured the victory to improve their impressive overall record to 20-9, bumping them to 4-2 in district play.

The match opened with a fiercely competitive first frame. Both sides traded blows, but the Lady Broncos executed perfectly in the clutch to edge out Bryan 25-22.

Then came the second set and it was an absolute demolition.

The Broncos flew through the final set 25-7, effectively breaking the game wide open thanks to a historic service clinic from Brooklynn O’Brien. Taking the ball with the score sitting at 2, O'Brien went on a relentless serving run, refusing to give up the line until the Broncos had surged to 14. Backed by an impenetrable defense from her teammates that refused to let Bryan side-out, O'Brien's 12-point streak completely neutralized the opposition.

O’Brien wasn’t just a threat from the service line. She orchestrated the floor brilliantly, dishing out a staggering 21 assists while adding 2 blocks, 2 digs, and 2 aces to her stat line.

Her primary target was Jordynn Morris, who delivered a phenomenal two-way performance, hammering down a team-high 8 kills while matching that energy defensively with 8 digs. In the backcourt, Aubrey Henderson anchored the defense, sacrificing her body to scoop up a team-leading 11 digs to keep Bryan's attackers completely frustrated.

It was a true team effort, with lethal offensive depth and a wall at the net coming from Azeley Johnson (5 kills) and Natalie Tucker (5 kills, 2 blocks). Contributions poured in from every rotation, proving exactly why this 20-win team is such a dangerous threat in district competition.
