Lake Belton led the Waco Lions through three and a half quarters on Tuesday night, but could not close out the game in the fourth. The Broncos led 45-38 going into the fourth quarter, but got outscored 23 to 11 in the final frame. Waco forced three straight turnovers and also grabbed an offensive rebound with under three minutes remaining in the game and turned it into an 8-0 run to ultimately decide the game.

Lake will return to district action on Friday, January 5th as they host the Killeen Kangaroos in a 7:00 tip-off.
