The Lake Belton Broncos dropped a highly competitive game at home against the Belton Tigers on Tuesday night. Both teams came out firing on all cylinders and matched each other shot for shot through the first half. Belton continued their hot shooting into the second half and Lake struggled to find their offensive rhythm in the final 16 minutes. The Broncos made a season-high 17 three pointers in the contest and matched their season low for turnovers with 9.
Lake will return to action on Friday as they travel to Killeen to take on Chaparral High School.
