Bronco Varsity tennis team competed in the Waco Winter Blast Tournament this Friday before it was stopped due to rain. Owen Gersbach and Nathan Dawson won their first match in the A boys doubles draw against Liberty Hill. Steven Dawson and Emilio Gonzales won against Rouse in the A boys doubles draw. In the A boys singles draw, Brodie Reed defeated the number one Harker Heights singles player. And in the boys C singles draw Taylor Rogers won his first round match against a University player.
In the A mixed doubles draw, Luke Droege and Jillian Webb won their first round against a Rudder High School team. And Ava Locklin and Maya Davies Honea won against Taylor High School and Liberty Hill High School.
The LBHS tennis team will compete in the Robinson Tournament next week. RISEUP!
