The JV Tennis Team traveled to Robinson HS for their first tournament of the spring tennis season. The Broncos had perfect weather while they each competed in 3 or 4 matches. Twenty-five Lake Belton players received medals in either singles or doubles play. The following players had exceptional matches: Lilyann Holley - 1st in Division 1 girls' singles, Hannah Kim - 2nd place in Division 1 girls' singles, Madison Letts - 1st place in Division 2 girls' singles, Ethan Cohen - 2nd place in Division 1 boys' singles, Dillon Ankrom - 2nd place in Division 2 boys' singles, Sara Stephens and Sonia Padmanabhan - 1st place girls' doubles, Olivia Hadsall and Soha Ramani - 2nd place girls' doubles, Brooke Hale and Lorelai Gonzales Crivelli - 3rd place in girls' doubles, Amy Wallar and Alex Yuen - 1st place mixed doubles, Olivia Hadsall and Mario Padmanabhan - 2nd place mixed doubles, and Ashlyn Crofton and Bryson Crawley - 3rd place mixed doubles. Lake Belton will travel to Temple next Thursday for their 2nd tournament. Way to go, Broncos!
