The Broncos are continuing to find success this season as they combined for 25 new personal best marks in what would prove to be an ideal day for a track meet. Once again, we brought home champions across 7 events starting out with freshman Dannika Kelly claiming the high jump title, tying the school record in the process, and 2023 regional qualifier Allie Uzzell earning the top spot for the shot put in her first meet of the 2024 season. A new school record in the 4x100m relay started off the afternoon session with a gold medal worthy performance by Gabby Jones, Bella Garcia, Elianna Watson, and Aleya Russell followed shortly after by Emily Bachicha and Shekayla Munoz winning the varsity and junior varsity divisions of the 100m dash respectively. Maranda Armstrong rounded out the top spots first in the 300m hurdles and again as a part of the 4x400 team alongside teammates Emily Bachicha, Nylah Berrian, and Chelsie Miller.

The Broncos take to the track again this weekend as Emily Bachicha and Abigail Rydberg qualified and will travel to the Texas A&M Bluebonnet Invitational on Friday March 1 while the remainder of the team will compete in Belton at the Denise Petter Big Red Relays on Saturday March 2.
