The Lake Belton Bronco Baseball team ended the 2024 District 22-5A season with a 14-0 win over the Ellison Eagles to finish district play a perfect 14-0. The Broncos struck for 9 runs in the first and 5 in the second inning to make quick work of the Eagles. Three Bronco pitchers combined for the 2 hit shutout. With the win the Broncos improved to 26-4 overall. One final regular season game remains as the Broncos will host the Midway Panthers in a playoff warm up game on Monday at Bronco Ballpark. First pitch is set for 6 p.m.
