The Lady Broncos defeat the Lady Eagles of Salado, Texas 25-23 and 25-20 in two sets. Both teams were strong in their offensive attacks tonight with the Lady Broncos halting a late rally by the Lady Eagles. Morgan Campbell had a great night in the middle contributing to both the offensive and defensive attack. The Lady Broncos would take an early lead in the second set after Olivia Maldonado ran off 4 straight serves. The second set would not disappoint as both teams fought back and forth until the end. Avery Reinhardt, Haylee Kasner and Kenna Morrison had great nights in the back row, as they dished out pass after pass, leading to great sets and big hits. The Lady Broncos looked great in their first game on the road in a very tough environment. The Freshman Silver Team is set to play at home this Friday night against Copperas Cove.
