The boys Varsity Red Golf Team competed in the Ellison Fall Invitational, finishing in fifth place, on September 25th at Stonetree Golf Course in Killeen. The team gained valuable experience and played well in very windy conditions. The team was led by was led by Sophomore Austin Watson who turned in an impressive score of 81 (a tournament best for Austin), close on Austin's heels Senior Hudson Nix carded a very nice 83. Junior Gavin Kerr fought through adversity to turn in a really good 84. Junior Brayden Hoff battled the wind to turn in a team fourth place score of 90 strokes. Sophomore Dylan Stephenson rounded out the team with a 110 in his tournament at this level. The boys are excited to tee it up next at Delaware Spring on October 15th.
