The Lady Broncos traveled to Waco High last night for a district match up against the Lady Lions. The Lady Broncos would take down the Lady Lions in two sets, winning the first set in dominate fashion 25-7. The Lady Lions would put up a fight in the second set but, would fall short to the Lady Broncos 25-15. The Lady Broncos continue to play good volleyball in district play and they now have an overall district record of 7-1.

Serving was the key for the Lady Broncos as they combined for a total of 16 aces on the night. Olivia, Maldonado, Morgan Campbell, Haylee Kasner, Ayaana Omisola, Avery Reinhardt, and Camryn Mikulas all contributed to the borage of aces. Kaylieana Dickey-Garcia continues to impress from the right side attack, as she finished the night with 7 kills. Kenna Morrison had a great night in the back row as the libero, as she lead the defensive efforts in digs.

The Lady Broncos are having a great season up to this point, with only two games remaining on the schedule. The Lady Broncos will travel to Chaparral High this Friday night, as they match up against one of their tougher district opponents.
