Great work competing last week. We are constantly learning and getting experience. This week we need to refine what we have learned and continue to reinforce what we know to do and not to do.

Wrestlers and Parents, Thank you for all of the help running tables and concession stand this past week. It was a great success with numerous compliments from Administrators from across the district, Parents that attended, and every Team that was there. Everything raised will go directly back to the program. We will host one more major JV/Varsity tournament in January.

We will practice Monday thru Thursday. Our dual meet vs Pflugerville on Wednesday has been cancelled. Monday will be a heavy conditioning/agility practice. Make sure you have a pair of tennis shoes to workout in, not just your wrestling shoes.

Friday, JV will compete in the BISD Scramble at Belton High School. This will be very similar to the JV tournament at LBHS. Varsity wrestlers will again help run tables.

Saturday, Varsity will compete at the Burleson Santa Slam. This is a dual tournament, so will be very similar to our Quad at Leander. Our scheduled opponents are Midlothian Heritage, Midlothian High, Burleson High, and Dallas Kimble. The first 3 teams are District opponents, and who you will see at the District Tournament.

Itineraries for Friday and Saturday will be posted on Thursday. Let have a great week of practice and competing.
