Monday: Squat Max and all seniors fit for squat suit.
Tuesday: Bench Max and all juniors for for squat suit.
Wednesday: Deadlift Max and all sophomores fit for squat suit.
Thursday: Deadlift Max and all freshmen fit for squat suit.
Those that lifted last year I will use your max numbers from last year. All others need to get a max. Those in an athletic period will squat and bench max during the period. The only max you will need is deadlift.
Everyone needs to weigh in this week. You can do that on the day you are supposed to get fitted for a suit.
Lastly, we will post the list of those lifting at the meet on January 8th Tuesday.
