The Lake Belton Girls Powerlifting team made an impressive showing at the Florence Invitational Powerlifting Meet, with all 12 lifters competing for the first time ever and showcasing their talent and determination. The team’s strong performance earned them a 3rd-place finish overall.
Leading the way for the team were Aralina Acosta and Amber Minuet, who dominated their respective weight classes to secure first-place finishes. Maia Keen also delivered an outstanding performance, earning 2nd place in her weight class.
Several other athletes contributed to the team’s success with podium finishes. Baylie Anderson and Emyle Love each took 3rd place in their weight classes, while Camryn Mikulas, Alexa Kaufman, Grace White, and Kendra Forster all finished 4th in their weight classes. Kaisley Forster rounded out the team’s strong showing with a 5th-place finish in her weight class.
The Lake Belton Girls Powerlifting team will return to action on Tuesday, January 23rd, at the Cameron meet.
