The Lake Belton Freshman Silver football team delivered an explosive performance Wednesday night, defeating the McNeil Freshman squad by a commanding score of 40-8. From start to finish, the Broncos controlled the game with a balanced offensive attack and a relentless defense.

Leading the way offensively was Erick Harness, who found the endzone three times, showcasing both his speed and playmaking ability. David Casanova added a touchdown of his own, while Braxton Bronson and Kyle Lighthall each punched in scores to cap off a dominant night for the Silver offense.

On the defensive side, the Broncos were equally impressive. Alex Carter made his presence felt all over the field, while KJ Bridges and Jadrian Rodriguez helped shut down McNeil’s passing attack, ensuring the Broncos stayed in control throughout the game.

The victory pushes momentum forward as the Freshman Silver squad prepares for their next matchup against Killeen High School next week.
