Across five games, the Broncos showcased elite defensive pressure, balanced scoring, and depth. From the opening tip on Thursday to the final buzzer on Saturday night, Lake Belton set the tone early and never looked back.
Game 1: Lake Belton 66, Anderson 36 — Fast Start Sets the Tone
The Lady Broncos opened tournament play with a statement win over Anderson High School, using defensive pressure and transition scoring to take control early. Lake Belton poured in 18 first-quarter points and never slowed down, finishing with four quarters of consistent offense and suffocating defense.

Stratford challenged Lake Belton early, but the Lady Broncos responded with a massive 23-point fourth quarter to put the game away. After leading 22–15 at halftime, Lake Belton’s defense clamped down, and their transition offense exploded to close out the win.

Lake Belton controlled the boards, limited Round Rock to single-digit scoring in two quarters, and made timely plays on both ends to secure the title.
