The Lake Belton Broncos secured their first tournament championship in school history with a win over Salado High School on Saturday afternoon. Lake went 5-0 over the weekend with wins over Rockdale, LASA, Gatesville, Austin Royals and Salado. The wins over the weekend bring the Broncos record to 9-1 on the season. Lake will play at home on Tuesday against Eastside Early College and then head to Robinson High for another three day tournament to close the week.
