Wrestlers, Parents, and Guardians,
Hope everyone has had a relaxing and enjoyable break so far—and that you’ve managed to get a little work in over the last week.
We are entering the final stretch of our season, with three tournaments and duals remaining before our district tournament at the end of January.

Practice
Monday, December 29 – Thursday, January 1
8:30–10:00 AM
Practice is required in order to compete in this weekend’s tournaments.

Tournaments
We will compete in two tournaments this Friday and Saturday:
Bill Neal Invitational – Dallas Kimball High School
Friday, January 2: Varsity Girls
Saturday, January 3: Varsity Silver Boys
Cen-Tex Invitational – AISD Delco Center
Friday & Saturday, January 2–3
Wrestlers will be notified Monday or Tuesday at practice which team they will be competing with. Weight classes will be filled based on current weight and opportunities to earn a varsity spot prior to district.
Tournament itineraries for both events will be posted on Wednesday, December 31.

Weight Classes
Reminder that varsity wrestlers now receive a +2 lb weight allowance for the remainder of the season.
Example: A wrestler weighing 146 lbs may now qualify for the 144 lb weight class, provided weight certification allows it.
Any movement between weight classes must be established this week and will remain in place for the rest of the season.
