Athletes, Parents, and Guardians,
Please be prepared to be flexible with scheduling and potential changes this week. Due to current weather conditions, adjustments may be necessary. As information is passed down from the district and athletic department, any changes will be communicated as quickly as possible. Below is the current schedule for the week moving forward.
JV District Tournament
JV District will be held at Chaparral High School in Killeen on Monday, January 26, 2026.
JV wrestlers will report at 6:30 a.m. for equipment and will depart for 8:30 a.m. weigh-ins.
JV wrestlers will weigh in the day of the tournament. Brackets will be determined and grouped based on current weight.
Spectators will not be allowed to enter Chaparral High School until 9:30 a.m. Entry will be through Door 22 on the south side of the school.

Varsity District Tournament
Varsity District will be held at the UMHB Mayborn Activity Center on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
Varsity wrestlers will report at 6:30 a.m. for equipment and will depart for 7:30 a.m. weigh-ins.
Wrestling will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Varsity will wrestle through 6th place. The top 4 finishers will qualify for Regionals, with 5th place serving as the alternate.

Practice Schedule
Varsity practice will be held Monday and Tuesday from 4:45–6:00 p.m.
JV wrestlers are welcome to join practice on Tuesday to help match up weights.
Regional qualifiers, along with any others who would like to participate, will have short conditioning and stretching practices on Thursday and Friday from 4:45–5:45 p.m.
Again, please be prepared to be flexible this week as adjustments may be necessary.
