The Lake Belton High School Freshman Red Volleyball team picked up an exciting three-set victory over Chaparral on Friday, September 11, showing determination and toughness throughout the match.

The Broncos came out attacking from the start and never let up, earning a 25–22 victory in the first set. Lake Belton continued to apply pressure at the net in the second set, battling through another competitive frame to take it 25–21 and move within one set of the victory.

With the match on the line, the Broncos found another gear in the third set. Lake Belton fought through a back-and-forth battle and closed out Chaparral 15–13 to complete the three-set sweep.

Aubie Judd and Karina Carranza were major factors at the net, delivering strong swings and providing a constant attacking presence that kept Chaparral's defense under pressure.

The Red Broncos showed composure when it mattered most, finishing the match strong and securing a hard-fought 3–0 victory.
