5:30 AM: Report to LBHS Team Room
6:00 AM: Depart for University High School in Waco
7:00 AM: Arrive at High School for weigh-ins
8:30 AM: Lifting Begins
4:00 PM: The Powerlifting Meet will conclude
5:00 PM: Arrive Back at LBHS
We will provide breakfast, after the weigh-in, and lunch for all lifters at the meet.
There will be a concession stand available if the lifters want other snacks.
