The LBHS JV softball team traveled to Georgetown last night for their first game of the season and came out victorious. They would get on the board early with a 5 run 1st Inning, led by Madison Estes's 3-Run Home Run. The Broncos would stay hot the rest of the game scoring 4 runs in the 2nd Inning and 3 runs in the 4th Inning. The Broncos tallied 13 total hits with multiple hits by Analicia Diaz, Kali Mayberry, and Jaya Lisenbe. Analicia Diaz held it down on the mound throwing a complete game with only 1 earned run allowed. The Broncos will be back in action next week at Abilene. GO BRONCOS!
