Monday and Tuesday:

Open weight room from 8:00-10:00 AM. I will be there Monday for anyone that needs to be fitted for a Bench Shirt.

Wednesday:

BISD Invitational Meet at the Mayborn Center in Temple the meet will begin at 5:30 PM. I will post an itinerary for the meet tomorrow. No workouts for those not competing.

Thursday:

Workouts after school for those not lifting in the meet from 4:35-5:15.

Friday:

No after school workouts.
