On Tuesday January 14 the Lake Belton Broncos traveled to Harker Heights to take on the Knights. The Broncos started out strong getting up to a 2-0 lead. Goals by Austin Robello and Zane Fitzwater, assisted both by Robert Klotz. The Knights fought back and finished the game with a 2-2 draw. A hard fought game which the Broncos learned and grew from.

This Thursday the Lake Belton Broncos participated in the Fort Worth Invitational taking on the Abilene Cooper Cougars. The cougars scored quickly putting the Broncos in a 1-0 hole. Broncos answered back with a Austin Robello goal. In the second half the score was all tied up due to a Holden Brown assist and a Aiden Lassich goal. Unfortunately the Cougars were able to put in the final goal giving them the 3-2 lead.

The Broncos look to finish the tournament strong matching up against Benbrook of Fort Worth, and Southwest of Fort Worth.
