Lake Belton Varsity Girls Soccer finished up their pre-season games Tuesday night at home vs Hillsboro. The Lady Broncos saw lots of shots on goal, with multiple Broncos finishing in the back of the net and goal keepers Aubrey Yeager, Elizabeth Gudgen, and Barrett Burdine combining for the shutout in goal.

This was the Broncos second win in a row, as they defeated JJ Pierce in the Governor's Cup 1-0, with a goal from Teagan Pettijohn, assisted by Clara Hill. This was Pettijohn's third goal of the season, as she scored the lone goal for the Broncos in their loss against Eastview and the lone goal in their loss against WF Memorial.

Other Broncos that put the team on the scoreboard this preseason were Parker Ling and Kate Henn against Bell, and Evelyn Bragewitz against Lamar.

The Broncos begin District play this Friday against Chaparral, at Chaparral High School Stadium.
