Chance is a 2 year letterman for Bronco Football and also a member of the track team. Chance played quarterback the last few years and this year transitioned to tight end. He was a physical presence that helped our offense set school records for rushing. He was a selfless teammate who sacrificed his body to help make the block. After a season ending injury he still could be seen at practice helping his teammates and also the other tight ends. His junior year he threw for 281 yards and this year he scored a touchdown that was should not have been called back. He was a key piece to our offense and will be missed. Coach Cope had this to say about Chance, “Chance was a lot of fun to be around and coach. He was an outstanding teammate and also very selfless. He wanted to work at tight end this year and took to being in the weight room more to get bigger and to learn all the nuances of the position. He did a great job for us and have a feeling that he is only going to continue to get better at the position. There is no doubt that he is going to go on to achieve great things in football and in life. Congratulations Chance.”
