On Friday 2-7 Lake took the field against the cross town rivals, Belton Tigers. It was a back and forth game with both teams having chances at the goal. The game ended in a 0-0 draw, earning the Broncos one point in the district standings. This was the second game of the district schedule. Outstanding performances by Goalkeeper Caden Ortiz and Senior Captains Cole Francis and Ben Asuncion Crabb. The Broncos take on Ellison in game three of District on Tuesday at 7:30.
