On Tuesday the Lake Belton Broncos battled through the cold, wet weather sharing the pitch with the Ellison Eagles. It was a back and forth game with exciting moments from both teams. Lake Belton found a way through when Zane Fitzwater assisted Austin Robello with the game winning goal, with 45 seconds left in the game. The Broncos came out with a 1-0 victory. Caden Ortiz registered his second shut out of district play. The Broncos will play the first place Waco Lions at 7:30 on Friday at Bronco Field.
